Bring the ’70s flair. Find the rainbow quest. Build one Recovery Heart.
The main quest
Follow a clear, self-guided route through measurement, release, movement, and sensory recovery.
Every station can be adjusted, passed, or ended. Explore a tool, notice your experience, care for the shared space, and keep what feels useful.
Station map
Scan once, create a player, and follow the prompts. The game remembers your heart pieces and returns you to grip strength at the finish when appropriate.
Record a consistent baseline, then return after the course and compare yourself to yourself.

Play safely
Stop for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, numbness, tingling, or other unusual symptoms. Do not force a stretch or hold your breath. People with an injury, recent surgery, medical condition, or uncertainty about participation should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
The Recovery Lounge is an educational community-wellness experience. It does not diagnose injury, provide rehabilitation, or replace individualized healthcare.
Bring the game to your community
The system is designed to travel across festivals, workplaces, conferences, athletic events, farmers markets, and community gatherings without losing its identity.
