Grip Strength Challenge
Record a consistent CAMRY EH101 starting score, then repeat the same safe setup at the finish.
How to play
Follow the sequence.
- 01
First decide whether firm gripping is safe for your hands and arms today. Pass if it is not.
- 02
Sit tall on a firm seat with both feet flat. Keep the testing upper arm beside you, elbow at 90°, forearm level, thumb up, and wrist straight.
- 03
Ask the attendant to press ON/SET, select pounds, turn the center knob to a comfortable one of five handle settings, record that setting, and press START until the display reads 0.0.
- 04
Take one easy practice. Then squeeze firmly for 5 seconds while breathing. Try each comfortable hand once.
- 05
Enter the maximum exactly as shown. Ignore the device’s weak/normal/strong label. The leaderboard uses the stronger starting hand only.
- 06
Wipe approved handle surfaces, keep moisture away from the display and openings, and place the device in the DRYING area.
Compare yourself to yourself. The CAMRY EH101 measures up to 198 lb. This is a game score—not a diagnosis, medical assessment, or proof of improvement.
Use a comfortable, pain-free range. Stop for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, numbness, tingling, or unusual symptoms.
Notice what changed.
A result may rise, fall, or remain the same. Observation is the point.
