Sensory Reset
Choose cold bottled water, a cold towel, both, or breathing only—then follow that exact path.
How to play
Follow the sequence.
- 01
Choose what fits your swallowing instructions, fluid restrictions, cold sensitivity, circulation or skin concerns, and preference.
- 02
Water path: hold your sealed bottle, notice its temperature and weight, then take one comfortable sip.
- 03
Towel path: place the towel over your forearms or back of neck—not your face—and take three easy breaths.
- 04
Both path combines those steps. Breathing-only notices one color, one sound, air on skin, and support under the feet.
- 05
Keep your bottle. Put used towels in the USED TOWELS bin. Wipe your chair, clean your hands, and return to Station 01 only if prompted.
Never share bottles or towels. Passing both items still completes the station.
Use a comfortable, pain-free range. Stop for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, numbness, tingling, or unusual symptoms.
Notice what changed.
A result may rise, fall, or remain the same. Observation is the point.
