Move
Stretch & Strength
Choose one visible mirror pattern, confirm the pathway fits today, then stretch first and strengthen second.
How to play
Follow the sequence.
- 01
Stand naturally and compare your side or rear view with the licensed reference images. Notice—do not diagnose.
- 02
Choose rounded upper back or shoulders, forward pelvic tilt, or ankle/foot rolling inward.
- 03
Answer the pathway-specific safety question. Pass if the position is not safe or comfortable today.
- 04
Use light effort for 3 seconds, relax, and hold a mild stretch for 15 seconds. Repeat twice.
- 05
Complete 5 slow repetitions of the matching chair-supported strength movement.
- 06
Look again. No visual or physical change is required.
- 07
Wipe the chair and surfaces you touched, reset the marked space, and clean your hands.
Use a comfortable range and stable chair. Never pull on or stretch against a canopy or tent pole.
Use a comfortable, pain-free range. Stop for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, numbness, tingling, or unusual symptoms.
Notice what changed.
A result may rise, fall, or remain the same. Observation is the point.
