Release
Roll & Release
Fold, notice, roll the bottom of one foot, then repeat the same fold and notice again.
How to play
Follow the sequence.
- 01
Pass if the foot has open skin, fresh injury, active infection, recent surgery without clearance, suspected clot, or reduced feeling.
- 02
With a chair nearby, make one comfortable forward hinge and notice your reach and the backs of your legs.
- 03
Choose a smooth ball, spiky ball, irregular mounded ball, or foam roller. Sit for the spiky, mounded, and foam-roller options.
- 04
Roll from heel toward forefoot for 20–30 seconds with mild pressure. Stop for sharp, electric, numb, bruising, or more-than-mild discomfort.
- 05
Stand slowly and repeat the same hinge. Notice any difference; repeat with the other foot only if wanted.
- 06
Wipe the full foot-contact surface, place it in the DRYING area for the label contact time, and clean your hands.
The before-and-after fold is an observation—not a flexibility test or treatment claim.
Use a comfortable, pain-free range. Stop for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, numbness, tingling, or unusual symptoms.
Notice what changed.
A result may rise, fall, or remain the same. Observation is the point.
