Bodywork Technologies began with a simple mission: connecting hearts and minds through touch. That mission lives inside every session, but it does not stop at the treatment-room door.
A practice built around connection
Across 21 years in practice, I have learned to notice how bodies adapt, how people understand pain and stress, and how care changes when someone feels genuinely heard. Bodywork Technologies gave those observations a home—and a larger question: what becomes possible when individual care and community health are treated as parts of the same system?
Following the pattern outward
That question connects the Therapeutic Touch Gradient Model, Recovery Lounge, and Foot Traffic First. Each explores a different pathway into recovery, movement, access, or belonging.
Individual sessions create moments of connection. Thoughtful systems help those moments travel farther.
